Video Club / Automat / Decadance (2)
Three

Listening notes

Released in 2008 on Cosmic Club, *Three* is a four-track vinyl compilation credited to three acts: Video Club, Automat, and Decadance (2). The release carries the catalog number CCC 503 and falls within the electronic and Italo-disco genres.

The record is organized across two sides. The A-side opens with "Lost Time (Cosmic Club Mastercuts)," followed by "Droid (Original From 1978)," the latter's parenthetical suggesting a connection to material predating the release by three decades. The B-side presents "Lost Time (Time Of Peace - Instrumental Dub - 1983)" and closes with "On And On (Dub Version - 1983)." The 1983 datings attached to both B-side tracks indicate that at least a portion of this compilation draws on older source material, though the relationship between those original recordings and the artists credited on this release is not specified in the available documentation.

The presence of two distinct versions of "Lost Time" — one identified as a Cosmic Club Mastercut and another as a 1983 instrumental dub — gives the release a reissue or archival character, at least in part. Whether *Three* functions primarily as a contemporary release, a retrospective collection, or some combination of both is not something the available information can fully resolve.

Cosmic Club is the issuing label, and the title *Three* may refer to the three credited artists, though this is an inference rather than a confirmed fact. No additional personnel, production credits, or pressing details are confirmed here.
