Tiefschwarz Feat. Mattie Safer
Warning Siren Vinyl I

Listening notes

Released in 2005 on Four Music, Warning Siren Vinyl I is a three-track twelve-inch from Tiefschwarz featuring Mattie Safer, catalogued under FOR 1114 6. The release presents a single composition in multiple versions across its two sides, a format well suited to the club-oriented genres it occupies: electro, electronic, and house.

The A-side carries two versions. The Original Mix opens the record at the A1 position, followed by the One-Two Remix at A2. The B-side is given over entirely to a single version, the Buick Project Mix. The designation "Vinyl I" in the title suggests this pressing is part of a broader release strategy for the track, with at least one additional vinyl volume implied by the naming convention, though details of any companion releases fall outside the scope of what can be confirmed here.

Tiefschwarz is a German production and DJ duo, and Four Music was a Stuttgart-based label with a documented presence in electronic music during this period. Mattie Safer is known as a vocalist associated with the New York-based band The Rapture, though the nature or extent of his contribution to this specific recording is not detailed in the available information.

Duration information for all three tracks is absent from the source data, which limits any further description of how the versions are structured or differentiated from one another. What the catalog record does confirm is that the release exists as a vinyl format entry within the electro, electronic, and house genre categories, issued under a clearly documented label and catalog number.
