Draconian
Arcane Rain Fell

Listening notes

Draconian's *Arcane Rain Fell* received a vinyl release in 2021 through Napalm Records, catalogued as NPR 158 VINYL. The release falls under the genres of Doom Metal, Gothic Metal, and Rock, and is spread across four sides, suggesting a double-LP configuration.

The tracklist is distributed as follows: Side A opens with "A Scenery Of Loss" and continues with "Daylight Misery." Side B carries three tracks — "The Apostasy Canticle," "Expostulation," and "Heaven Laid In Tears (Angels' Lament)." Side C holds "The Abhorrent Rays" and "The Everlasting Scar," while Side D is given over entirely to the closing track, "Death, Come Near Me." Track durations are not confirmed in the available data and have been omitted accordingly.

The asymmetrical distribution of material across the four sides is notable on its face. Side B accommodates three titles while Side D contains only one, a layout that may reflect the individual track lengths of the underlying recordings, though no duration data is available here to confirm that inference. Collectors and cataloguers should verify the actual per-side timings against the physical release before drawing conclusions about the pressing configuration.

The release was issued under Napalm Records, an Austrian label with a long association with extreme and gothic metal. Beyond the label, catalog number, year, format, and tracklist, no additional verified facts about this specific pressing — including personnel, color variants, or edition size — are reflected in the available data and are therefore not addressed here.
