  1. Prepare 12 of Boiled eggs.
  2. Prepare 2 of Sliced Carrots.
  3. You need 3 of Sliced Capsicum.
  4. It's 3 of Sliced Onions.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic grated.
  6. It's 2 tbsp of Soya sauce.
  7. Prepare 3 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup.
  8. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  9. It's 2 tsp of Pepper powder.
  10. You need 3 tbsp of oil.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Chinese Egg Masala step by step

  1. In a pan take oil heat on medium flame. Now add ginger-garlic and saute on low flame..
  2. Once ginger-garlic turns light brown add in onions and saute until the onions turn pink..
  3. Now add in carrots and capsicum. Also add in salt. Stir everything well and let all the veggies cook well..
  4. Once the veggies are cooked add pepper powder, soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Give everything a nice mix. Stir and let this cook for 2 minutes on medium flame..
  5. Now make slit in the boiled eggs and keep them ready..
  6. Add these eggs into the sauce veggie mix and mix slowly. Be careful not to break the eggs..
  7. Yummy hot Chinese style eggs are ready to be served with some garnishing of coriander leaves..
