  6. You need 2-3 Cups of Milk.

Season the steak strips with House Seasoning, then dust with flour. In a large skillet, quickly brown them on both sides in the olive oil and butter. Remove the steak from the pan. Add the onion slices and mushrooms to the pan drippings.

  2. Add the broken pasta noodles, soup, sour cream, and milk. Stir to mix well. Heat on high stirring constantly til it comes to a boil. Turn heat down to medium low and let simmer til noodles are soft stirring occasionally. Then season with salt and pepper. If need be during cooking if sauce gets to thick add a little bit more milk. Once done let sit for 5 minutes til sauce has a chance to thicken. Serve immediately 😋.
